Instructions 1.

Highlight an entire text:

 

1. Place the cursor on the left side of the first line of text.

2. Hold the left button down and then move the cursor down to the very bottom of the text below to the right of the last line of text.

3. Then click the Right button once to bring up the menu box.

4. Left click on Copy.

5. Open the Word program and open a Blank Document.

6. Left click in the middle of the document.
7. Right click once to bring up the menu box.
8. Left click on the Paste Option.
9. The text will now be in your document.
10. Press Control and A to select the whole document.
11. Select the Review tab
12. Select the Language icon, then Set Proofing Language
